Hi, I'm Nadya

I founded NRP Design with the goal of providing scientists with professional support in efficient communication of their research achievements. We specialize in providing top-notch scientific illustration and communication services, including data visualization and improved storytelling and presentation techniques.

I hold a PhD in Microengineering with a background in multidisciplinary research including biosensors, mechanical engineering, microtechnology and nanotechnology. My love for science has always existed in parallel to my passion for art and science communication, which led me to start creating scientific illustrations for my collaborators in 2020, in parallel to my work as a scientist. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work on various projects, including journal cover pages, editorial art, scientific publications, presentation consulting, as well as custom work tailor-made for individual clients.

Combining my scientific knowledge with expertise in illustration and graphic design allows me to produce engaging scientific images for journal articles, grant applications, books, websites, and press releases. My previous work as a researcher at international institutions enables me to effectively discuss scientific concepts and creative ideas, and translate them into vivid visual communications and engaging stories.
